Refund & Returns Policy

At Xavi Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, invoice, tags, and certificates (if any) must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Note: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service

  • Xavi Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The product is eligible for return

  • Stock is available for the replacement item

Price differences (if any) must be settled before dispatch.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Orders already shipped or customized cannot be cancelled
